Albany Rotary Presents Scholarships to Area Students

On Thursday, June 9th, the Albany Rotary Club presented 7 scholarship checks for $1200 each to seven area graduating seniors. The presentation took place at Doublegate Country Club duringthe Club's weekly meeting.
The winning students were:
Justin Weltner-Evans – Albany High
Kelsey Simmons – Westover High
Taylor Wright – Lee County High
Genessa Bagain – Lee County High
Haley Davidson – Home Educated
Michaela Reed – Sherwood Academy
Keimon Jefferson – Monroe High (Dual Enrolled at Albany Tech)
