Albany City Commissioners Say No to Ethics Policy Change, Meeting Rescheduling

Albany city commissioners had their dander up during a prolonged work meeting Tuesday morning, arguing passionately against a proposed change in the city’s ethics ordinance and in a proposed change to meeting times that would have allowed the city to have two business meetings per month.
