The Albany Area Chamber of Commerce has named Vital Smiles Georgia, a dentist office for children, the Star Business of the Week.

Vital Smiles Georgia provides dental care for underserved children of all backgrounds. With a highly diverse patient base, they strive to ensure that every child in the community has access to quality care and is informed about proper oral hygiene.

Founded ten years ago, Vital Smiles Georgia has been a member of the Albany Chamber for six of those years. The Albany Chamber aims to support and promote its businesses, as well as foster unity between them and the community.

"We are extremely pleased to receive this award," Dr. Hernandez of Vital Smiles Georgia said. "We believe that this recognition demonstrates our level of commitment to the children of Norcross and Albany."
