More Large Equipment on its Way to P&G

Another oversized truckload of heavy equipment is expected in Albany Friday now that a convoy of trucks has left the Port of Brunswick carrying machinery that will be used at the new biomass plant currently under construction adjacent to the local Procter & Gamble plant.

According to the Georgia Department of Transportation, the convoy, which left Brunswick Wednesday morning, is the last of three charged with transporting large pieces of equipment to the Albany site.
