Dougherty County School Superintendent Butch Mosely says System is Making Progress

After spending nearly 3 1/2 years as superintendent of the Dougherty County School System, Butch Mosley is relaxed in front of a crowd. He rarely uses notes during his speeches, choosing instead to grab both sides of the podium and wing it.
The Kiwanis Club of Dougherty County got vintage Butch Mosely on Monday.
