Paul Forgey Lone Finalist for Lee County Manager’s Position

Lee County commissioners approved Paul Forgey as their lone finalist for the county manager’s position Tuesday night, a move that should result in filling a vacancy that has existed since mid November when commissioners decided to part ways with Ron Rabun.
Forgey is now Albany-Dougherty Planning Services director. He previously was director of planning and community development for the Southwest Georgia Regional Commission and also had worked as planning manager for the Glynn County Commission.
