LRA Constructors, Inc. (LRA) is pleased to announce that after several months of on-going work, it has been contracted to continue renovations to Clark Food Service Equipment’s new distribution center in Albany, Georgia. Completed projects include nearly 5,400 LF of existing conveyor removal and concrete placement in the 193,000 square foot north warehouse along with site work and loading docks modifications. This week LRA started removal and concrete placement for another roughly 7,000 LF of existing conveyor in the 265,000 square foot south warehouse. LRA is utilizing its self-perform services for all conveyor removal and concrete placement. In the coming months, LRA will also be renovating 1st and 2nd floor office spaces along with build-out of a roughly 20,000 square foot space that will include packing and food rooms.
