The Donald Trump presidential campaign is coming to  South Georgia.

"Farmers for Trump" will hold an old-fashioned political rally focusing on agriculture in downtown Sasser, Georgia, in Terrell County on Thursday, February 4, 2016 beginning at 5:00 p.m., rain or shine.  

Several prominent Georgia farmers are expected to endorse Mr. Trump's candidacy at the event which will  feature barbeque and live music.  Campaign materials will also be available.

"We're getting enthusiastic support from voters all across Georgia and are excited to be bringing the Trump campaign to rural Southwest Georgia," said State Director Brandon Phillips.

The event is free and open to the public.
