Planters First Bank unveils a new look for the new year to its customers and the community. The new brand identity comes with an official name change from PlantersFIRST to Planters First Bank or PFB. The legacy of the Bank
is of great importance. As the 8th oldest financial institution in the state of Georgia, preserving that history was just as important as designing a fresh look to appeal to new audiences.

“Planters First Bank or PFB, as we like to call it now, is starting the new year with a new focus. We are continuing to concentrate on improving the Bank’s performance and market penetration in our communities, but we are also focused on expanding our services into new areas in the state. As we continue to build our commercial banking and mortgage service lines, we expect our brand to resonate in communities both great and small. It’s a new year and PFB is ready to grow,” says Heath Fountain, CEO of Planters First Bank.

Customers and the community will begin seeing the new brand on statements, receipts and the website this month.  The new signage at branch locations will take place over the next several months.
