McCormack Foundation, Thronateeska Honored by Arts Group

The McCormack Foundation and the Thronateeska Heritage Center were among the big winners Friday as the Georgia Association of Museums and Galleries honored its 2016 award winners at Merry Acres. The museum group concluded a three-day gathering in Albany.
Mary Helen Dykes, whose relatives founded Bobs’ Candies, accepted the GAMG Patron Award while Thronateeska Center Director Tommy Gregors accepted the award for Special Projects - Over $100,000.
