“It is exciting for us to have a physician with Dr. Starr’s extensive emergency medicine background to help lead our emergency services across the system. His leadership skills and experience will play an integral role in achieving our goals and setting the stage for innovative, cost-effective, patient-centered, and efficient emergency care,” said Victor Garcia, vice president of emergency services.
