Neighborhood Watch Umbrella Group in Albany to Hold Annual Meeting

Representatives of nearly 50 neighborhood watch groups throughout Albany and Dougherty County are set to gather Saturday for the second annual meeting of the Council of Community Watches/Associations at the Community Room of the downtown Law Enforcement Center.
CCWA was established in here September, 2013 as a federation of independent watch groups for the purpose of sharing methods and information for keeping neighborhoods safe.
