East Albany Entrepreneurs Expand Business

Some entrepreneurs are expanding in east Albany.
J and D Wings and Things opened Saturday on East Broad Avenue with four new workers.
The owners, who work together at the Marine Base, opened J and D Liquor store across the street two years ago.
