City Looks for Developers For Albany Heights

Albany leaders want to breathe new life into a historic old building. It could be a key part of downtown redevelopment. They're looking for developers to submit plans for the Albany Heights building.
At the end of this week, City officials will advertise the six story apartment style building, known as Albany Heights, to developers.
