ADICA Acquires Wurst Properties Downtown

Downtown Albany leaders take another step toward downtown development. The Albany Dougherty Inner City Authority board voted to move ahead with the purchase of the buildings at a vital intersection, Pine and Front Streets.
ADICA and the city will share the $619,000 pricetag. They had to complete an environmental study before sealing the deal.
