Albany Utility Board Recommends Approval of Equipment Deal

In what may very well have been the shortest meeting of the Albany Utility Board on record, that board voted Thursday to recommend that the Albany City Commission purchase three motorgraders from Albany-based Flint Equipment Holdings for what will essentially be $43,000 each.
The contract price on the heavy machinery is $193,500 each.
