Albany Officials: Everyone Wins with Rails to Trails Project

When Assistant City Manager Phil Roberson told Albany City Commissioners the build-out of a 12-foot-wide trail along the 13.6-mile corridor the city was considering buying from South Georgia Rails to Trails would run between $1.2 and $1.5 million, there was a pregnant pause in the room.
