Phoebe Announces Newest PRIDE Award Winner

Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital announced the newest PRIDE award winner, Freddreck Wilson.

Freddreck, a redcoat in the Central Transport department, transports patients, equipment and supplies to and from all hospital departments.   He received the PRIDE award for his dedication to excellence, and to the patients, families and employees he serves.  According to the nomination letter, not only is Freddreck always very helpful, but his kindness is contagious and inspires others.

Phoebe PRIDE stands for Person Responding In Dedicated Excellence and recognizes excellence in the workplace by non-nursing employees.  The goal of the PRIDE award is to recognize employees that go above and beyond the call of duty.
