Leesburg City Clerk Accepts State Position

Until Bob Alexander was hired as Leesburg’s city manager a little more than a year ago, Casey Moore was the the go to person for city management, financial and human resource issues. The city clerk, finance director/treasurer and human resources manager continued to handle many of those related duties under Alexander.
That changed this past week when Moore left the City of Leesburg after almost eight years and accepted a position with the Georgia Department of Community Affairs.
