The Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital received more than $3,400 from the Junior League of Albany (JLA) during a check presentation this morning.

“We are grateful for our partnership with the Junior League and their continued generosity in making CMNH at Phoebe a part of their annual fundraising efforts, ” said Amanda Biery, CMNH Coordinator.

For more than 15 years, the JLA has partnered with the Phoebe Foundation to support the Children’s Miracle Network.  “We are very proud to be able to donate to CMN year after year,” said Marci Prisant, Junior League of Albany president.

Children’s Miracle Network is the alliance of 170 premier children’s hospitals. Since 1997, Children’s Miracle Network supporters have raised more than $2 million to provide specialized equipment and programs to help babies and children treated at PPMH. These funds have purchased equipment to aid in the treatment of our most critically ill newborns.  As a Children's Miracle Network hospital, Phoebe is dedicated to providing state-of-the-art care and preventative education for children 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
