Albany Mayor Dorothy Hubbard Named to Statewide GMA Office

Albany Mayor Dorothy Hubbard was sworn in as third vice president of the Georgia Municipal Association during the organization’s recent annual meeting here.
The statewide position leaves Hubbard in line to become president of the 500-plus-member GMA in 2018.
