Darton State College recently held a faculty appreciation reception to recognize their faculty. During the reception, six faculty members, selected by their peers, received awards for their dedication and service throughout the year.

Teacher of the Year Award: Verna Inandan, Assistant Professor of Nursing

Adjunct Teach of the Year: Ken Kirsch, Instructor

Online Teacher of the Year: Tanya Champagne, Associate Professor of Math

Advisor of the Year: Carol Ann Ham, Director of Human Services Technology

Community Service Award: Aaron Johnson, Assistant Professor of Economics

College Service Award: Dr. Jeff Etheridge, OTA Program Director, and Jeremiah Pitts, Associate Professor ESOL
