Mosely Believes Proper Staffing is Leading School Revival

When he became the Dougherty County School System’s interim superintendent in January of 2013, Butch Mosely inherited a district in disarray, reeling from a test cheating scandal, abysmal graduation rates and low morale among the system’s principals, teachers and staff.
In the words of one school official, “this place was a grease fire.”
