Asked to assess Dougherty County Administrator Richard Crowdis, the people who work closest with Crowdis use words that are strikingly similar, almost as if they come directly from a script.
Words like integrity, hard-working, honest, low-key, straightforward, tenacious, frugal, no-nonsense.
In fact, after talking to people who know Crowdis best, about the closest thing to a negative comment one can find comes from current Ashburn City Manager Dan Bolinger: “Richard can’t play golf worth a damn.”
