Jim Smith, 2015 President of the Georgia REALTORS, announces the fourth class of the Georgia REALTORS Hall of Fame.

The Hall of Fame recognizes members of GAR who have demonstrated consistent support of the REALTOR organization for at least 30 years, and who have had a strong influence in the real estate industry. These REALTORS set the standards for all real estate professionals to emulate, having proven themselves as champions of the REALTOR association and captains of industry. The 2015 inductees into the Georgia REALTORS Hall of Fame are Jan Baker of Hoschton and Dana Bauguss of Buford. Baker is Regional Vice President for Berkshire Hathaway Homes Services, and Bauguss is a Senior Vice President/Managing Broker for Berkshire Hathaway Homes Services.

"These ladies have proven themselves to be dedicated to our industry through their business accomplishments, professionalism and long-term devotion to the REALTOR® organization," said President Smith. "We are proud to honor their dedication and accomplishments by bestowing upon them the highest honor that they can receive as a Georgia REALTOR."

Baker and Bauguss received their recognition on Monday, February 9, 2015, during the Opening Session at the recent Georgia REALTORS Inaugural & Legislative Conference, which was held at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta. Both women have a history of extensive service to the REALTOR association, including serving as President of the Georgia REALTORS in 2005 (Baker) and 2010 (Bauguss). Additionally, each has received the prestigious Georgia REALTOR of the Year Award in 2003 (Baker) and 2009 (Bauguss). Both Baker and Bauguss continue to be active in the REALTOR association at the local, state and national levels.
