This year we are opening up applications to any business / organization in the Dougherty County area, with our members paying a discounted tuition. The program is designed to mold future business leaders through personal and professional development entitled "Leadership Institute". The program will begin in August 2015 with the purpose being to prepare our young professionals while providing valuable tools and resources to develop into future business leaders in our community.

This program will effectively utilize the resources of the Chamber to develop and enhance the leadership skills of our young professionals with a focus on essential skills for business, community and personal growth. We are excited that this program will feature current community leaders serving as personal and professional mentors with an emphasis on developing the talents and relationships of the participants.

This program will begin its second year of successful leadership development with the curriculum being designed by the Chambers Leadership Development Division Committee members and leaders in our community. Along with mentor-ship being a major part of the program, the curriculum will provide a genuine and detailed focus on several key leadership skills that each business and organization needs for their young professionals.
