Jessica Castle has been named corporate director of marketing for Phoebe Putney Health System.

Castle most recently served as the senior director of marketing for Piedmont Healthcare in Atlanta, where she engineered and managed a system-wide brand transformation. She was owner and president of Castle Communications, LLC, providing healthcare marketing and public relations for healthcare systems. She spent four years as the director of planning and business development at Piedmont Newnan Hospital in Newnan and she was the director of marketing and public relations at East Georgia Medical Center in Statesboro. Prior to that, she was the membership coordinator for Industry Buying Group in Statesboro.

Castle earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, and also attended the University of Georgia in Athens.

Castle was a member of Leadership GHA Class of 2013 and is a member of the American Marketing Association. She is a past president and board member of the Georgia Society of Healthcare Marketing and PR. Castle and her husband, Craig, have four children.
