GSW’s Agerton Observatory Hosts Open House Sept. 12

Georgia Southwestern State University’s Agerton Observatory will host an open house from 8 to 9:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 12.
This event is free. Members of the public are invited to observe Saturn and Mars.
The Agerton Observatory is located on the roof of the Roney Building on Perimeter Road. Parking is located in the lot between the Science Building and Jackson Performance Hall. Access to the Observatory is available by an outside stairwell between the Roney and Science buildings.
If the weather is rainy or cloudy, a make-up date is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 13 at the same time.
