Dougherty Commission OKs Installations at P&G Biomass Plant

While state policymakers and officials with Procter & Gamble and Constellation New Energy continue to hammer out details of a contract that will allow for construction of a $230 million biomass energy plant on the P&G-Albany campus, Dougherty County commissioners cleared a hurdle Monday that will allow for construction of the plant to move forward once regulatory requirements are met.
