New Quail Forever Southwest Georgia Chapter Accepting Applications

A number of quail hunters have banded together to start a Quail Forever Chapter, the Southwest Georgia Chapter # 3211, here in Albany.
Quail Forever has approved the new Chapter.

Some of the founding members include, but are not limited to, Jesse Way, Leland Burkhart, Bo Henry, Edgar Campbell, and Henry Dunn, to name a few.
The purpose is to raise money to improve quail habitat in southwest Georgia. Each chapter is also required to have a youth event annually to get the next generation interested in quail hunting.
The plan is to have an Annual General Membership dinner in the fall and the first fund raiser during the winter months.
I went on line and joined. Cost is $30 per year. There is a message block at the bottom of the membership application and I told them to affiliate me with Chapter 3211, the Southwest Georgia Chapter.
