Wine Market is an opportunity for wine enthusiasts to escape from the norm and support an organization that has inspired young girls in the Albany area for more than 40 years.

The Board of Trustees of Girls Inc. of Albany, GA hosts the 2014 Wine Market event on Saturday, March 8, 2014 from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Flint RiverQuarium, 117 Pine Ave. The location has changed this year, but the essence of the event remains the same. Guests will enjoy samples of the finest wines from various vineyards, including several throughout Georgia, delicious food and relaxing sounds of jazz. They will also have a chance to support the arts purchasing items from local artists and walk away with elegant and unique items from the ever popular Silent Auction.

“What could be better than sipping fine wine, dining on delicious food, shopping for gifts at the silent auction and listening to live music at the Flint RiverQuarium, all for a great cause?
