Two SWGA Physicians Featured in Georgia Trend '40 Under 40'

The October 2013 edition of “Georgia Trend” has been released with this year’s “40 Under 40” selections which include two physicians from Southwest Georgia.
Jocelyn Rogers, M.D., an obstetrician and gynecologist at Phoebe Sumter Medical Center in Americus, and Kiyoshi Yamazaki, M.D., a sports medicine specialist based in Albany, were named in this year’s “40 Under 40” selection.
This month marked the 17th year the magazine has presented a group of 40 Georgians under the age of 40 representing business, government, politics, nonprofits, science, conservation and education. The group was chosen from nominations made by readers throughout the state, with the final selections being made by the “Georgia Trend” editorial staff.
