Albany Warehousing Business Sold to Gray Logistics

Longtime Albany business Gray Distribution Services Inc. announced last week the sale of its warehouse operation to Gray Logistics LLC.
The current warehouse operation consists of two warehouses in Albany and one in Ashburn. The new company, formed by current Gray Distribution employees Wesley Griffin and Michael White, will also take over Gray Distribution’s leases on warehouses in Albany and Leesburg, giving the company 635,000 square feet of storage space.
Headquartered in Albany, Gray Distribution has been providing storage and distribution opportunities to the agricultural chemical industry for more than 50 years, something that the owners hope will continue for years to come.
“This company’s always provided great customer service and we’re going to keep it that way,” White said. “We’re just going to try to make what’s already really good even better.”
