Patrick A. Pellicano, State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors
Pellicano is president of Pellicano Construction. He is a member of Associates Contractors of Georgia and served as president from 2011 to 2012. He also serves on the board of directors of CompTrust AGC Mutual Captive Insurance Company. Pellicano graduated from Southern Polytechnic University in 1972 with a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering Technology. He and his wife, Lucy, have two children and five grandchildren. They reside in Albany.

Andy Cooper, State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors (reappointment)
Cooper is president and owner of Gary Cooper & Sons, Inc. He is a member of the Home Builders Association of Albany & Southwest Georgia, where he served as president from 2003-2005, and is upcoming president for 2013-2014. He has served as a board member of the Albany Rotary. Cooper earned a bachelor’s degree from Georgia Tech. He has three children and resides Albany.

Deborah K. McDonald, Statewide Independent Living Council
McDonald is executive director and founder of Limb Support, Inc. She is secretary and treasurer of the Southwest Georgia Chapter of the National Federation of the Blind and secretary of Southwest Georgia Mended Hearts Chapter 165. She also serves on the City of Albany Barrier Free Design Board and the Albany Transit Paratransit Advisory Group. She is active in the LifeLink of Georgia Transplant Advocacy Group, SOWEGA Council on Aging, Aging and Disability Resource Connection Advisory Council and the Georgia Care, Senior Medicare Patrol Board. McDonald earned an associate’s degree from Darton State College and is a graduate of Leadership Albany. She resides in Albany.
