Georgia Health IT Companies Make the 2013 HCI 100 List

The Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) is pleased to announce that Georgia-based companies were ranked among the Top 100 Healthcare IT companies  in the nation according to Healthcare Informatics Magazine.

The HCI 100 List, which will be published in the June issue of Healthcare Informaticsrecognizes the top 100 revenue-earning healthcare information technology companies in the industry.

A total of 9 Georgia-based companies with cumulative revenues of more than $4 billion were named to the HCI 100 List:

Once again, Alpharetta-based McKesson Technology Solutions topped the HCI 100 list at #1, while other Georgia companies improved their ranking from the previous year like Med Assets Inc,Greenway Medical Technologies and Navicure. Based on the HCI List, Georgia is tied with California and is second only to Massachusetts in terms of states with the greatest concentration of Health IT businesses.
