Hibachi Grill & Buffet (2536 Dawson Road) Score: 81 B

Violations: Observed potentially hazardous food held above 41°F. Observed potentially hazardous food held below 135°F. Observed roast pork, sweet sour chickne/pork, cooked shrimp, squid, and roasted chicken without discard date. Observed chlorine sanitizer too strong.

House of China II (2526 Dawson Rd) Score: 85 B

Violations: Observed "boiled Chicken Breast" stored in a Bucket ( Non-original container) without lid, nor date markings. OBSERVED "BOILED CHICKEN BREAST" STORED IN BUCKET WITHOUT LID OR DATE MARKINGS. Observed improper thawing of (PHF) procedure, packaged Pork(raw) stored on rack. Observed a dumpster with an open lid. Observed one live roach on prep table.

Violations: Observed ice bin uncovered when not in use. Observed interior of ice machine and drink gaskets/nozz;es with mold/slime. Observed no sanitize step in manual dishwash procedure. Observed last inspection report not easily viewable. Observed cooler shelves soiled. Observed self-closure on restroom door (customer) in disrepair. No papaer towels provided in restroom in addition to hand blower. Observed openings in walls and ceiling (locker room, near handsink, storage area), observed dust on ceiling, observed floors needing to be cleaned. Observed lights blown in cooler. Discussed replacing as needed.
