The initial Southwest Georgia Music & Arts Festival will be a three-day event planned to cap “Music Week” in Albany October 6-14. The week will kick off with the second FlintFest at Riverfront Park in downtown Albany October 6. Elements of the festival will be finalized in the days between now and October 12, but a number are already in place.
