Albany City Manager Alfred Lott is now on the short list of candidates to become Savannah's City Manager, according to a report on the Savannah Morning News website.
Lott and interim Savannah City Manager Rochelle Small-Toney were selected as the top two for consideration by the city council following an executive session today, the paper reports.
