City leaders plan search for new Albany Civic Center director

Albany city leaders are mapping out a plan to search for a new Civic Center director. John Mazzola turned in his resignation Friday. He accepted a job in Kansas. City leaders haven't picked an interim director yet, though Roger Burnett who works at the Civic Center served in that capacity for several months in 2006. The city should start a search for a full-time replacement soon. (more at WALB)
