Rural areas of Georgia face unique and difficult health challenges. More than a half dozen small, rural hospitals in our state have closed in recent years, and many rural areas lack sufficient healthcare resources. Phoebe has had amazing success in improving access to care for folks throughout southwest Georgia at a time when people in many other rural areas are finding it harder to get the care they need. Phoebe is proud of our its roots and remains committed to providing the best possible care for everyone in the region.
