Local Businesses Facing New Challenges of Hiring as COVID-19 Cases Decline

The state of Georgia has said that while unemployment is at a record low, they're still employers that say people aren't working and they're short staffed.
According to the Georgia Department of Labor, the unemployment rate dropped to 3.1% in October, being the lowest rate in Georgia's recorded history.
