An Albany father-son duo is on a mission to save the community time, and enhance quality of life, through developing an innovative, multi-plaza concept, on a scale never seen before. The company, One Leaf, aims to save its customers at least an hour of time a day through developing a true full-service “convenience” store concept through strategic partnerships, smart design, and a vast multitude of on-site services.

The facility will encompass a total of 10 services and business partners: a convenience store, shoe store, soul food, cafe, bakery and ice cream shop, a kombucha brewery, postal service, barbershop, cash services and a boutique.

Familiar local tenants at the store will include Elements Coffee Company, Blade Kings Barbershop, Ethnic Shynes Beauty Salon, and Juana Vape, with additional local businesses to be announced.

The construction is expected to be complete by January 2022.

In an effort to continue saving customers even more time, we are also proposing the development of a liquor store at 1515 Clark Ave, for close proximity to One Leaf community store.
