This is not an online class. Although students will have access to an online environment where course materials are stored, this is a face-to-face class that is conducted through the internet.

Student must have a computer with web cam and microphone, and a reliable Internet connection.

The Georgia Real Estate Commission requirements of 75 hours of class attendance are still in place.  Students must be in the virtual classroom and participating in class for 75 hours in order to pass the course.

• Interact with your instructor and classmates.

• Attend class on Tuesday and Thursday evenings via your computer.

• Class dates:  August  25 - December 17, 2020; 6:30-9:30 pm
