The Associated General Contractors of Georgia (AGC Georgia) is co-hosting the 20th Annual "Building Georgia" Legislative Event with the American Council of Engineering Companies of Georgia (ACEC). On Thursday, Feb. 28 from 8-10am, 'Building Georgia' will be held at the Georgia State Capitol (206 Washington St., SW).

'Building Georgia' is an opportunity for members to visit with legislators and state leaders over continental breakfast in the Rotunda to showcase AGC Georgia's collective voice while educating state decision makers on the programs promoting workforce development; leadership and professional development; safety and education; and infrastructure investment.

"It seems appropriate that as we celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Building Georgia event, we will welcome many new leaders at the Capitol," said Mike Dunham, CEO of AGC Georgia. "The AGC Georgia and ACEC lay the foundation for Georgia's economy. We look forward to a strong future by building Georgia together."

AGC Georgia and ACEC enjoy a long partnership on issues impacting Georgia's building community.
