As a result of the recent storms in the Putney area of the unincorporated areas of Dougherty County, yard debris removal is scheduled for Monday, August 13, 2018 .

Under normal circumstances, debris removal service is not provided in the unincorporated area, and is
not a service funded by citizen taxes in that area. However, as an exception and convenience to citizens,
a volunteer group (Chain Gang Crew) is assisting residents in bringing vegetative materials to the right
of way for temporary collection service. Residents are strongly encouraged to follow the guidelines
below:

● Debris will only be removed from residential properties and only vegetative materials are included in the removal.

● Place storm-related debris on the right of way by no later than Monday, August 13, 2018.
