Earle Spurlock Retires from Community Capital Bancshares, Inc. and AB&T Board

Having reached the bank’s mandatory retirement age, AB&T board member Earle P. Spurlock announced his retirement from the Board of Directors of Community Capital Bancshares, Inc. and AB&T at the company’s monthly meeting June 27.

Spurlock, a successful businessman who is the owner of Albany’s Logos Plus, has served on the board since 2009 and during that time helped guide the bank through a period of increasing success and prosperity.

“Earle’s steady leadership over the years has been invaluable,” said AB&T President, CEO and Board Chairman Luke Flatt. “Thanks to his passion for business and his deep affection for this community, AB&T has seen increased success during his tenure and has emerged as the premier community bank in the Albany area. I can’t thank Earle enough for his dedication to this institution and his support for our mission of providing the Gold Standard in community banking. He leaves behind a tremendous legacy.”
