Albany’s AB&T is pleased to welcome its newest associate, Mortgage Originator Kelly Kremer.

A new arrival to the Albany community, Kremer has relocated from Calhoun, GA and brings with her a wealth of experience in mortgage and banking, having spent more than 10 years in financial operations and management with Georgia Bank and Trust, RBC, PNC Bank and Wells Fargo home Mortgage.

Kremer has a strong background in underwriting, new product development, administration, strategic planning, team building and leadership, as well as keen understanding of real estate and various financing options, including FHA, VA, conventional mortgages.

She is also a member of the Board of Realtors and Builder’s Associations for Alabama, Florida and Georgia.

“Kelly’s extensive background in mortgage banking and real estate makes her an ideal addition to the AB&T team,” said AB&T Senior Vice President and Director of Mortgage Banking T. Wayne Whitfield. “Her expertise and enthusiasm will help ensure that we continue to provide the exceptional products and services our clients have come to expect.”

Kremer has already become familiar with the Albany area as her high school sweetheart, husband Jim Kremer, currently serves as defensive line coach for the 2017 GHSA Class AAAAAA State Champion Lee County High School Trojans. The couple has two grown children and said they plan to “deepen their roots” in the community.

“I’m not going to have any problem getting involved in this community because I love it,” Kelly Kremer said of her new home. “I mean I already love it. I’ve been mingling with people already and have been here a week and I already have some appointments set up.

“I just have a great feeling about this place.”
