Georgia Cyber Academy (GCA), an accredited, full-time online public charter school, welcomes families with students in Kindergarten through 12th grade to enroll for the 2018-2019 academic year. GCA is open tuition-free to students who reside in Georgia.

At GCA, students receive the support and resources they need to pursue and reach their academic goals. The school combines online instruction, rigorous curriculum and the support of Georgia-licensed teachers to provide a personalized learning experience for each student.

GCA students are offered a full course load in the core subjects of math, science, English language arts, history, art and music. Electives includes world languages, as well as Advanced Placement® courses for high school students. For students with a desire to further advance their education while in high school, GCA offers the College Now Program. With dual enrollment in participating community colleges and universities, students earn college credits along with their high school diploma.

“GCA has offered my kids so many unique opportunities to advance their education,” says Nedra Daniel of Lithonia, whose two children have attended GCA. “My kids have received incredible support from their teachers, and the online platform lets us bring learning to life, during class time and out in the world.”

Outside of the virtual classroom, GCA offers student clubs and in-person field trips, community service opportunities and social gatherings to foster a sense of school community, including an in-person graduation ceremony in the spring.

GCA is now accepting applications for the 2018-2019 school year. Families are encouraged to attend an in-person or online information session hosted by the school. For more information on how to enroll, and for a schedule of upcoming events, visit gca.k12.com.
