Elaine Davis has been promoted to Senior Vice President at Flint Community Bank in Albany, Georgia.  Elaine started her banking career in August of 1974 as a Payroll Clerk with Citizens & Southern National Bank (C&S Bank).  From there she expanded her knowledge in the areas of Bank Operations, Accounting, and Data Processing.  In the early 1990’s she became the assistant to the Regional Executive for the South West Georgia Region C&S Bank.  Later in her career, Elaine was promoted to Regional Support Manager for the South West Georgia Region with Bank of America and from there to oversee Branch Operations until 2005.  In May of 2005, she came to Flint Community Bank as VP/Operations Manager.
