The Dougherty County School System and it's partnership with a national organization dedicated to leader development and school improvement was recently featured in the organization's online publication. 

The February Edition of the "Talent for Turnaround Update" features an article titled "Supporting Georgia School Administrators to Foster Teacher Growth," which highlights the partnership between the two organizations and the results it has yielded so far. 

The District is working with T4TL to build a principal and classroom leader development program that would help prepare the next generation of educational leaders for the challenges and opportunities associated with struggling schools.
